CVE-2020-35728 | 4 Debian, Fasterxml, Netapp and 1 more | 40 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Service Level Manager and 37 more | 2023-11-07 | 8.1 High |
FasterXML jackson-databind 2.x before 2.9.10.8 mishandles the interaction between serialization gadgets and typing, related to com.oracle.wls.shaded.org.apache.xalan.lib.sql.JNDIConnectionPool (aka embedded Xalan in org.glassfish.web/javax.servlet.jsp.jstl).
CVE-2020-1945 | 5 Apache, Canonical, Fedoraproject and 2 more | 50 Ant, Ubuntu Linux, Fedora and 47 more | 2023-11-07 | 6.3 Medium |
Apache Ant 1.1 to 1.9.14 and 1.10.0 to 1.10.7 uses the default temporary directory identified by the Java system property java.io.tmpdir for several tasks and may thus leak sensitive information. The fixcrlf and replaceregexp tasks also copy files from the temporary directory back into the build tree allowing an attacker to inject modified source files into the build process.
CVE-2020-17521 | 3 Apache, Netapp, Oracle | 21 Atlas, Groovy, Snapcenter and 18 more | 2023-11-07 | 5.5 Medium |
Apache Groovy provides extension methods to aid with creating temporary directories. Prior to this fix, Groovy's implementation of those extension methods was using a now superseded Java JDK method call that is potentially not secure on some operating systems in some contexts. Users not using the extension methods mentioned in the advisory are not affected, but may wish to read the advisory for further details. Versions Affected: 2.0 to 2.4.20, 2.5.0 to 2.5.13, 3.0.0 to 3.0.6, and 4.0.0-alpha-1. Fixed in versions 2.4.21, 2.5.14, 3.0.7, 4.0.0-alpha-2.
CVE-2020-11979 | 4 Apache, Fedoraproject, Gradle and 1 more | 37 Ant, Fedora, Gradle and 34 more | 2023-11-07 | 7.5 High |
As mitigation for CVE-2020-1945 Apache Ant 1.10.8 changed the permissions of temporary files it created so that only the current user was allowed to access them. Unfortunately the fixcrlf task deleted the temporary file and created a new one without said protection, effectively nullifying the effort. This would still allow an attacker to inject modified source files into the build process.
CVE-2020-11620 | 4 Debian, Fasterxml, Netapp and 1 more | 18 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Active Iq Unified Manager and 15 more | 2023-11-07 | 8.1 High |

FasterXML jackson-databind 2.x before 2.9.10.4 mishandles the interaction between serialization gadgets and typing, related to org.springframework.aop.config.MethodLocatingFactoryBean (aka spring-aop).
CVE-2019-20330 | 4 Debian, Fasterxml, Netapp and 1 more | 30 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Active Iq Unified Manager and 27 more | 2023-11-07 | 9.8 Critical |
FasterXML jackson-databind 2.x before 2.9.10.2 lacks certain net.sf.ehcache blocking.
CVE-2019-17531 | 5 Debian, Fasterxml, Netapp and 2 more | 23 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Oncommand Workflow Automation and 20 more | 2023-11-07 | 9.8 Critical |
A Polymorphic Typing issue was discovered in FasterXML jackson-databind 2.0.0 through 2.9.10. When Default Typing is enabled (either globally or for a specific property) for an externally exposed JSON endpoint and the service has the apache-log4j-extra (version 1.2.x) jar in the classpath, and an attacker can provide a JNDI service to access, it is possible to make the service execute a malicious payload.
CVE-2019-16943 | 6 Debian, Fasterxml, Fedoraproject and 3 more | 27 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Fedora and 24 more | 2023-11-07 | 9.8 Critical |
A Polymorphic Typing issue was discovered in FasterXML jackson-databind 2.0.0 through 2.9.10. When Default Typing is enabled (either globally or for a specific property) for an externally exposed JSON endpoint and the service has the p6spy (3.8.6) jar in the classpath, and an attacker can find an RMI service endpoint to access, it is possible to make the service execute a malicious payload. This issue exists because of com.p6spy.engine.spy.P6DataSource mishandling.
CVE-2019-16942 | 6 Debian, Fasterxml, Fedoraproject and 3 more | 29 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Fedora and 26 more | 2023-11-07 | 9.8 Critical |
A Polymorphic Typing issue was discovered in FasterXML jackson-databind 2.0.0 through 2.9.10. When Default Typing is enabled (either globally or for a specific property) for an externally exposed JSON endpoint and the service has the commons-dbcp (1.4) jar in the classpath, and an attacker can find an RMI service endpoint to access, it is possible to make the service execute a malicious payload. This issue exists because of org.apache.commons.dbcp.datasources.SharedPoolDataSource and org.apache.commons.dbcp.datasources.PerUserPoolDataSource mishandling.
CVE-2019-10219 | 3 Netapp, Oracle, Redhat | 195 Active Iq Unified Manager, Element, Management Services For Element Software And Netapp Hci and 192 more | 2023-11-07 | 6.1 Medium |
A vulnerability was found in Hibernate-Validator. The SafeHtml validator annotation fails to properly sanitize payloads consisting of potentially malicious code in HTML comments and instructions. This vulnerability can result in an XSS attack.
CVE-2019-10086 | 6 Apache, Debian, Fedoraproject and 3 more | 60 Commons Beanutils, Nifi, Debian Linux and 57 more | 2023-11-07 | 7.3 High |
In Apache Commons Beanutils 1.9.2, a special BeanIntrospector class was added which allows suppressing the ability for an attacker to access the classloader via the class property available on all Java objects. We, however were not using this by default characteristic of the PropertyUtilsBean.
CVE-2018-14721 | 4 Debian, Fasterxml, Oracle and 1 more | 12 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Banking Platform and 9 more | 2023-11-07 | N/A |
