CVE-2016-8735 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 19 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 16 more | 2024-06-27 | 9.8 Critical |
Remote code execution is possible with Apache Tomcat before 6.0.48, 7.x before 7.0.73, 8.x before 8.0.39, 8.5.x before 8.5.7, and 9.x before 9.0.0.M12 if JmxRemoteLifecycleListener is used and an attacker can reach JMX ports. The issue exists because this listener wasn't updated for consistency with the CVE-2016-3427 Oracle patch that affected credential types.
CVE-2016-3427 | 8 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 5 more | 38 Cassandra, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 35 more | 2024-06-27 | 9.8 Critical |
Unspecified vulnerability in Oracle Java SE 6u113, 7u99, and 8u77; Java SE Embedded 8u77; and JRockit R28.3.9 allows remote attackers to affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability via vectors related to JMX.
CVE-2023-4863 | 8 Bentley, Debian, Fedoraproject and 5 more | 10 Seequent Leapfrog, Debian Linux, Fedora and 7 more | 2024-06-27 | 8.8 High |
Heap buffer overflow in libwebp in Google Chrome prior to 116.0.5845.187 and libwebp 1.3.2 allowed a remote attacker to perform an out of bounds memory write via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Critical)
CVE-2023-44487 | 32 Akka, Amazon, Apache and 29 more | 311 Http Server, Opensearch Data Prepper, Apisix and 308 more | 2024-06-27 | 7.5 High |
The HTTP/2 protocol allows a denial of service (server resource consumption) because request cancellation can reset many streams quickly, as exploited in the wild in August through October 2023.
CVE-2023-46604 | 3 Apache, Debian, Netapp | 6 Activemq, Activemq Legacy Openwire Module, Debian Linux and 3 more | 2024-06-27 | 9.8 Critical |
The Java OpenWire protocol marshaller is vulnerable to Remote Code Execution. This vulnerability may allow a remote attacker with network access to either a Java-based OpenWire broker or client to run arbitrary shell commands by manipulating serialized class types in the OpenWire protocol to cause either the client or the broker (respectively) to instantiate any class on the classpath. Users are recommended to upgrade both brokers and clients to version 5.15.16, 5.16.7, 5.17.6, or 5.18.3 which fixes this issue.
CVE-2024-0567 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Gnu and 1 more | 4 Debian Linux, Fedora, Gnutls and 1 more | 2024-06-27 | 7.5 High |
A vulnerability was found in GnuTLS, where a cockpit (which uses gnuTLS) rejects a certificate chain with distributed trust. This issue occurs when validating a certificate chain with cockpit-certificate-ensure. This flaw allows an unauthenticated, remote client or attacker to initiate a denial of service attack.
CVE-2021-23841 | 7 Apple, Debian, Netapp and 4 more | 23 Ipados, Iphone Os, Macos and 20 more | 2024-06-26 | 5.9 Medium |
The OpenSSL public API function X509_issuer_and_serial_hash() attempts to create a unique hash value based on the issuer and serial number data contained within an X509 certificate. However it fails to correctly handle any errors that may occur while parsing the issuer field (which might occur if the issuer field is maliciously constructed). This may subsequently result in a NULL pointer deref and a crash leading to a potential denial of service attack. The function X509_issuer_and_serial_hash() is never directly called by OpenSSL itself so applications are only vulnerable if they use this function directly and they use it on certificates that may have been obtained from untrusted sources. OpenSSL versions 1.1.1i and below are affected by this issue. Users of these versions should upgrade to OpenSSL 1.1.1j. OpenSSL versions 1.0.2x and below are affected by this issue. However OpenSSL 1.0.2 is out of support and no longer receiving public updates. Premium support customers of OpenSSL 1.0.2 should upgrade to 1.0.2y. Other users should upgrade to 1.1.1j. Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.1j (Affected 1.1.1-1.1.1i). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.0.2y (Affected 1.0.2-1.0.2x).
CVE-2021-35588 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Netapp and 1 more | 14 Debian Linux, Fedora, Active Iq Unified Manager and 11 more | 2024-06-26 | 3.1 Low |
Vulnerability in the Java SE, Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition product of Oracle Java SE (component: Hotspot). Supported versions that are affected are Java SE: 7u311, 8u301; Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition: 20.3.3 and 21.2.0. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise Java SE, Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS) of Java SE, Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition. Note: This vulnerability applies to Java deployments, typically in clients running sandboxed Java Web Start applications or sandboxed Java applets, that load and run untrusted code (e.g., code that comes from the internet) and rely on the Java sandbox for security. This vulnerability can also be exploited by using APIs in the specified Component, e.g., through a web service which supplies data to the APIs. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 3.1 (Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:L).
CVE-2023-35788 | 4 Canonical, Debian, Linux and 1 more | 13 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Linux Kernel and 10 more | 2024-06-26 | 7.8 High |
An issue was discovered in fl_set_geneve_opt in net/sched/cls_flower.c in the Linux kernel before 6.3.7. It allows an out-of-bounds write in the flower classifier code via TCA_FLOWER_KEY_ENC_OPTS_GENEVE packets. This may result in denial of service or privilege escalation.
CVE-2024-0565 | 2 Linux, Netapp | 2 Linux Kernel, Ontap Tools | 2024-06-25 | 7.4 High |
An out-of-bounds memory read flaw was found in receive_encrypted_standard in fs/smb/client/smb2ops.c in the SMB Client sub-component in the Linux Kernel. This issue occurs due to integer underflow on the memcpy length, leading to a denial of service.
CVE-2023-41993 | 5 Apple, Debian, Fedoraproject and 2 more | 12 Ipados, Iphone Os, Macos and 9 more | 2024-06-25 | 9.8 Critical |
The issue was addressed with improved checks. This issue is fixed in macOS Sonoma 14. Processing web content may lead to arbitrary code execution. Apple is aware of a report that this issue may have been actively exploited against versions of iOS before iOS 16.7.
CVE-2021-35559 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Netapp and 1 more | 14 Debian Linux, Fedora, Active Iq Unified Manager and 11 more | 2024-06-25 | 5.3 Medium |
